Wines are produced using traditional methods passed down from one generation to the next, gently blended with the wine making techniques of the new world.

Beautifully ripe fruits on offer – spice, blackberries at the fore, complemented by dark chocolate, pepper, freshly ground coffee notes and toasty, nutty oak in the background.  The palate is full and the finish is long and smooth.

This wine was matured in American and French oak Hogsheads (25% New), for 19 months and was fermented on skins for 9 days then pressed into barrel to complete alcoholic and malolactic fermentations.
